I find much pleasure and excitement in the idea that I am not constrained by time nor place. I am working tediously on finding places for signings and promotions. Not only do I have the ability to travel and see new places and meet new people, I have more drive than ever to promote my ideas and my book (as I dedicate my extra time to writing more). Never could I have dreamed of such a life, and I thank all those who have supported me and believed in me. As always, I wish all happy reading! Perhaps I will be in a bookstore near you in the future!

Well, publishing a book is the easy part; persuading others to read is much more difficult. As one possible consumer recently noted, “You are short.” My response was that I was not selling myself; I am selling my ideas and my mind. Take it for what it is worth, but I can assure you that my book will entertain and will enlighten you. And, when it does either of these, contact me (tinadmiller@gmail.com), as I am thoroughly willing to discuss my book with you. Happy reading!

Writing and reading are becoming esoteric skills in this society. To avoid this devastation, everyone should read or attempt to read The Rise of the Einix.
Because I refuse to succumb to society’s standards, I refuse to stop writing and reading. And thankfully, I was birthed with the skill to write and manipulate words. Of course, I am also thankful that I am literate. When I was younger, I envied those in my family who possessed the artistry of drawing and painting. I was not birthed with this skill (although I am content that my sister Tanya, who drew the cover image was). In retrospect, I am content with what I have been given, and after three decades, I have channeled my inner writer. But, writing has been the easy part. It is the publishing process that becomes daunting. I have learned to persist.
One cold, snowy February evening, Black Rose Writing, the first publisher who requested a full manuscript, emailed me. It was the news I had been waiting for my entire life (or at least for the two years that I spent querying anyone and everyone possible in the publishing field). And thus, the publishing process began.
In May of 2010, The Rise of the Einix was released. I encourage people to read it, critique it, question it, and discuss it. I want people to promote it (gratuitous plug). Most importantly, I want people to practice reading, enjoy it, and escape from the ordinary.
